How do I contact support?

I can't install the extension
BoltBrief currently supports Google Chrome (version 116 or later) on desktop. Support for Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera, and Brave is coming soon. Visit the Chrome Web Store listing and click "Add to Chrome". If the button is greyed out, try restarting Chrome or clearing your browser cache.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open the BoltBrief extension, go to Options, and click "Manage Subscription". You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime through the Stripe billing portal.
I was charged incorrectly
Please email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the billing issue. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
The extension isn't working on a video
Try these steps: 1) Refresh the YouTube page, 2) Click the BoltBrief icon to re-open the panel, 3) Check that the extension is up to date in chrome://extensions, 4) Try disabling other extensions that modify YouTube. If the issue persists, email us with the video URL.
