How do I contact support?
Send us an email at [email protected] with a description of your issue. Please include your browser version and any error messages you see.
I can't install the extension
Start from the BoltBrief install page so we can send you to the right store. Chrome installs from the Chrome Web Store, Firefox installs from Mozilla Add-ons, and Brave uses the Chrome listing. If installation is blocked, update your browser, restart it, and retry from the official store page.
How do I manage my subscription?
Open the BoltBrief extension, go to Options, and click "Manage Subscription". You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime through the Stripe billing portal.
I was charged incorrectly
Please email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the billing issue. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
The extension isn't working on a video
Try these steps: 1) Refresh the YouTube page, 2) Click the BoltBrief icon to re-open the panel, 3) Confirm BoltBrief is up to date in your browser extension manager, 4) Temporarily disable other extensions that modify YouTube. If the issue persists, email us with the video URL and your browser version.
